The horizontal dough mixer is used for dough mixing. It is suitable for both hard biscuit and soft biscuit dough. After mixing, the dough surface becomes smooth, flexible, and extensible. Available capacities include 50kg, 150kg, 250kg, 400kg, and 700kg. The mixing blade and bucket are made of 304 stainless steel. The U‑form bucket has a temperature insulation function, and the machine is simple to operate and safe to use.
The cookie forming machine features a 304 stainless steel cover with 1.5mm thickness. The rubber roll diameter is 165mm with an endless cotton belt driver, and the feeding roll diameter is 130mm with grooves. It is equipped with an enter‑stove connection extension arm, endless cotton belt with 2mm thickness, and pneumatic tension. The dynamic structure includes a main motor power of 3kW, cotton belt motor power of 1.1kW, enter‑stove conveyor belt power of 0.75kW, and wire cut power of 1.5kW. Two sets of cookie moulds are provided. The machine dimensions are 3500 x 1450 x 1500mm (L x W x H). Capacity is 500‑600kg per hour for wire cut and 300‑400kg per hour for deposit. Speed is 60 times per minute for wire cut and 30 times per minute for deposit. It uses DELTA/SCHNEIDER electric parts, DELTA servo motor and gearbox, and DELTA/SIEMENS PLC touch screen control.
The electric baking oven uses electricity as energy. It is high efficiency, long usage, and easy maintenance. The gas baking oven uses natural gas as energy. Two stacking options are available. One is the star wheel structure, composed of a transition conveyor, which divides biscuits into ordered rows and stacks them using two conveyor belts. The other is the Panny biscuit stacker, usually combined with three units of different speed conveyors. The speed changes from fast to slow, and through the speed difference, the biscuits are laid down in lines for easy transport to the packaging machine.
Dough mixing – The horizontal dough mixer prepares hard or soft biscuit dough with good elasticity and smoothness.
Cookie forming – The cookie forming machine extrudes or wire‑cuts the dough into double‑color, three‑color, or single‑color cookies. Different shapes are achieved by changing the mould.
Baking – The tunnel oven bakes the formed cookies using electric or gas heating.
Stacking – The biscuit stacking machine arranges the baked biscuits in order for easy packing.
Packing – The stacked biscuits can be transported to a packing machine for final packaging.
