Wafer batter mixer

1. Stainless steel.

2. Double tanks:

mixing tank and stockage tank.

Wafer baking oven

1. Automatic temperature control, uniform color of wafer.

2. The mould base is nodular cast iron , long service - life.

3.Drive device front of oven, so that the oven running more stable and reliable.

4.Gas/diesel.

Wafer Cooling Machine

The machine improves the natural cooling effect of wafer and gently delivering. The main function of the machine is to ease the thermal stress of wafer during baking. If the wafer cannot be gently cooled, it will be easily broken by small impact due to the thermal stress.

Cream coating machine

1. Spreading cream on surface of wafer sheet by pressing roller.

2. The cream hopper with heating device keeping the hopper temperature.

Wafer Horizontal Cooling Cabinet 

1. The inside temperature can be adjusted from 0 ºC to 8 ºC.

2. It is used for cooling the laminated wafers with cream filled, whole shell are made of Stainless steel.

Cutting and laminating machine

1. The cutting size can be continently adjustable.
2. This machine is pneumatically handled so that the smooth transfer through the machine is ensured.
