The rotary cutter serves as the forming machine for hard biscuits and crackers. When the dough sheet passes through the rotary cutter machine, it is precisely cut and shaped by the molds. The scrap dough is then automatically conveyed back to the hopper by a recycling device after separation, minimizing material waste.

Pneumatic Lifting Pressing Rubber Roller

The pneumatic lifting pressing rubber roller is easy and convenient to operate. It is interchangeable between the rubber roller and the biscuit molds. Both ends of the rubber roller are perfectly aligned, ensuring even and consistent cutting throughout production.
