Feeding system
Feeding roller and crosswise milling roller are grooved to ensure sufficient and even dough feeding.
Adjustable gaps
The distance between the feeding roller and the biscuit molds is adjustable, giving you precise control over dough filling.
Rubber roller adjustment
The rubber roller can be adjusted from one side or both sides to minimize biscuit weight variation across the line.
Synchronized de-moulding
The linear speed of the biscuit mold conveyor is identical to that of the de-moulding roller, effectively reducing biscuit deformation during release.
Operation logic
Single operation system; can also be integrated and controlled together with the whole biscuit production line.
