Step 1 – Feeding
Biscuits or cookies are conveyed from the upstream process (cooling conveyor, sandwiching machine, or manual feeding table) onto the 800mm wide PU belt. The belt speed is synchronized with upstream equipment to prevent jams or gaps.
Step 2 – Stacking
The servo‑controlled stacking mechanism counts the biscuits as they enter the stacking zone. It arranges the required number of biscuits (1 to 6 pieces) into a neat, aligned stack. For sandwich biscuits, the stacking orientation can be adjusted to ensure cream layers are protected.
Step 3 – Transfer to Packer
