After baking and cooling, biscuits arrive on a wide conveyor in a random or single‑layer arrangement. The stacking machine:
Receives biscuits from the cooling conveyor.
Divides and aligns them into separate, evenly spaced rows.
Stacks them upright (or lays them flat in overlapping rows) depending on the stacking method.
Transports the stacked biscuits to the packing table or directly to a packing machine.
This automation replaces 2–3 manual workers and dramatically increases packing speed while reducing biscuit breakage.
