Main Features

1. Forming system – Wire‑cut and dropping forming with a rotating PU conveyor belt (thickness: 0.8 mm). Belt deflection and tension are adjusted by air cylinders.

2. Key components – Air cylinders from a famous brand; gearbox from Chinese famous brand GUOTAI; feeding and forming driven by Delta servo motors.

3. Output speed (for 400 mm model) – 7 nozzles; depositor approx. 30 times/min; cutter approx. 40 times/min.

4. Hot air circulation – Ensures uniform color and good taste of biscuits.

5. Energy & efficiency – Low energy consumption (saves 5% energy) with high output (99.99% yield).

6. User interface – Optional screen display in English or other languages for easy and simple operation.

7. Material & standards – All parts in contact with dough are stainless steel. Machine body material is optional. All exported machines have passed CE standards.
